I kept getting injured in the run up to a military course which involved a lot of heavy rucking. I passed out 2 weeks ago and I owe it to the tib bar. We now have 2 in our barracks we use every night to stretch out for the next day of training (and get a nice bicep pump)

I've been running ultra's for 3 years now and ice, heat, elevation and tape never really done a lot for me in the long term, only covering up the immediate pain. I was told about the tib bar by my running buddy and it has changed the way I recover for good, it's now a permanant part of my routine.
